Work Family Conflict and Career Progression of Female School Teachers: A Pilot Study

Maintaining a balance between aspects of family and work is pivotal considering the globalization fast pace trends evolution. For society to be successful an individual growth it vital have harmony dual roles. Individual’s career progression determined by factors work.
